The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (Prima's Official Strategy Guide)

Reference: Legend Of Zelda: Link's Awakening:
In the Nintendo Gallery, one of the unfinished figurines on the shelf behind the sculptor is the shop merchant in Legend Of Zelda: Link's Awakening.

Reference: Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time:
In the Nintendo Gallery in Forest Haven, look somewhat to the right of the sculptor. You will see the Keaton and Goron masks, and the Bunny Hood from Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.

At the room where you get the Master Sword, jump into to water and look at the stained glass windows. Six of them are pictures of sages, and one of them is a picture of Ganon in his final form. They are all references to Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time. Note: The sages are (in order from the left): Ruto, water sage; Rauru, light sage; Saria, forest sage; Daurain, fire sage; Impa, shadow sage; and Naubooru, spirit sage.

After you learn the Song Of Passing from Tott (the strange man by the "headstone" on Windfall Island), listen to the song when you play it. It sounds exactly like the Sun's Song from Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.

Stand still in the Forest Haven and listen to the music very closely. You will hear Saria's Song from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

When you discover that Tetra's true identity, you will hear the music that played when you met Zelda as a child or adult in The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.

Whenever you restore some power to the Master Sword, you hear the music from when you pull out the Master Sword on The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.

Reference: Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past:
When pulling out the Master Sword, you will hear a remix of the music when you pulled the Master Sword out of the Lost Forest in Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past.

The Hyrule Castle music is the same as that in Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past.

Reference: Legend Of Zelda: Oracle Of Ages:
The pearls you that you receive are the same designs of songs in Legend Of Zelda: Oracle Of Ages.

Reference: Pikmin:
On the Goddess statues where you put the pearls in to activate the Tower of The Gods, notice how Nayru's statue has a mouth on its face like a Blue Pikmin. Farore's statue has two big ears like those on a Yellow Pikmin. Din's statue has a big nose like that of a Red Pikmin.
