Level select
At the "Press Start" screen, press
Left, Up, X, Up, Right, Y. If you entered the code correctly,
the screen will flash. Then, start a new game and a list of
levels to choose from will appear.
Infinite health
At the "Press Start" screen, press
L + R + Left + Y + A.
If you entered the code correctly, the screen will flash.
